After six years of leadership, Ferenc M. Relle, Jr. has stepped down as the Advisor of the Wayne County Community Youth Foundation (WCCYF). The program gives local young people a voice in providing financial and human resources to projects and programs benefiting youth in Wayne County.

Youth Foundation awards grants to area nonprofits focusing on youth programs.

This year’s grant making focus for the Wayne County Community Foundation’s GIVE 365 program was “Mental Health and Wellness of Wayne County, Ohio Youth".

The Wayne County Community Foundation (WCCF) Board of Trustees met in May and approved grant awards for the Spring competitive grant cycle. Sixteen organizations were awarded grants totaling $114,870.38 from some of the Foundation’s named community and field of interest funds.

GIVE 365 Wayne County is accepting grant applications from area nonprofits. This year's theme is "Mental Health and Wellness of Wayne County Youth". Application deadline is March 1, 2019.

WCCF Board of Trustees approved grant awards totaling $199,450 to 14 organizations for the Fall 2018 competitive grant cycle.

WCCF is pleased to announce the 2018 grant awards from The Women's Fund totaling $20,000.

Steve and Cheryl Shapiro were honored Wednesday night (Oct. 10, 2018) with the WCCF's Friend of Philanthropy Award.

Wayne County Community Youth Foundation wrapped up its fifth year in May with the graduation of 42 students representing 10 area high schools.
